Eyes – make 2

Dc in next st, slst, and fasten off with a very long tail for sewing (make sure it’s nice and long, about 18 inches. You need it later)
Nose
Make a magic loop and ch 2
Round 1 (In magic loop): dc 2, hdc 2, dc, hdc 2, dc 2, then ch 2, and slst through the magic ring (12)
Round 2: sc in next 4 st, slst in next st, sc in next 2 st, slst in next st, sc in next 4 st (12)
Slst in next st, pull magic loop tight, and fasten off with tail for sewing
~Assembly~
Using the tail from the head, sew the head and body together.
Next, using the tail from the arm, flatten and sew the opening closed, then sew the flattened seam to the body on the same row as the top of the white tummy. Repeat with other arm on the opposite side.
For the legs, using the tail leftover from stitching, sew each leg to the bottom of the body, starting at the center of the bottom and working around the base of the leg.
Using the dark pink yarn, loosely stitch along each ear where the green and white meet the pink, adding the detail that matches Floppy. Then, using the tail leftover from stitching, sew each ear on each side of the head, around the 6th row.
Next, using the tail leftover from the nose, sew it tightly to the center of the head, the top of the nose just about dead center of the face.
Before sewing the eyes on, use a small length of white yarn and stitch a single dot in the top left of the eye, beside the tail leftover from crocheting it. Then, sew each eye on, with the bottom of the eye on the same row as the top of the nose and about 2 stitches to each side edge of the nose. When each eye is firmly sewn on, thread the remainder of the long yarn tail through the head and out at the bottom center of the nose. You’ll use this for Floppy’s mouth.
Finally, use the long purple tails to stitch the mouth in a sweet smile, fastening with a small knot and threading the ends into the head.
And with that, Floppy is complete.
